Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires Power BI, Snowflake, and experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems, plus upper-intermediate English.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Brazil. You will partner with stakeholders to design data models, metrics, and visualizations, and ensure data quality across the data platform

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across data solution layers.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and understand source structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions; avoid isolated reports.
• Guide stakeholders on data visualization best practices and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
