Insight Global in Brazil is seeking an experienced analytics professional to partner with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to build and optimize data models, BI solutions, and enterprise reporting. You will consolidate data from multiple sources, drive data architecture improvements, and ensure scalable, reliable dashboards using cloud-based warehousing tools.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data quality assurance, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools.

• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to develop, maintain, and optimize data models and business intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across departments to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Own and enhance enterprise reporting platforms, consolidating data from multiple internal and external sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Drive improvements to data architecture, ETL processes, CI/CD pipelines, and overall analytics best practices.
• Build and maintain scalable reporting solutions using modern cloud-based analytics and data warehousing tools.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through testing, validation, and monitoring processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective reporting and analytical solutions.

Own and enhance enterprise reporting platforms, consolidating data from multiple internal and external sources to deliver actionable insights. Drive improvements to data architecture, ETL processes, CI/CD pipelines, and overall analytics best practices. Build and maintain scalable reporting solutions using modern cloud-based analytics and data warehousing tools. Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through testing, validation, and monitoring processes. Translate complex business requirements into effective reporting and analytical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data quality assurance, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with CI/CD processes using GitHub or comparable platforms.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL development, data warehousing concepts, and best practices.
• Experience working with platforms such as Databricks, Airflow, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data tools.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent professional experience.
