Primary Purpose of the Position:

Support the deployment of business strategies, development, and implementation in the region. Design and execute effective data solutions to improve business outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Drive initiatives aligned with Ball's growth ambitions.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Lead or participate in the Play to Win process and key strategy meetings.
2. Develop and align on strategic initiatives and business cases to ensure success, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
3. Implement regional strategic plans and support business case development for innovation and investments.
4. Collaborate internally to improve contribution margin, profit, market share, and customer success metrics.
5. Lead risk strategies and facilitate prioritized projects with key stakeholders.
6. Integrate regional business and commercial strategies, including key account strategies.
7. Develop internal presentations and reports that tell strategic stories with data, including KPIs.
8. Communicate regional priorities internally to ensure alignment.
9. Create dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into understandable insights.
10. Develop and implement standardized data processes using business analysis on strategic topics.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fluent or advanced English language skills are mandatory.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
• Experience in strategic development for growth and prioritization in commercial opportunities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of data visualization tools.
