Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls (80-100+), emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage with decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Manage and track all activities in a modern CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging to resonate with business needs.
  • Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs around activity and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise prospecting strategies.
  • 1-3 years experience as a BDR/SDR or similar sales role in the tech/SaaS industry.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes (80-100+) and engaging with prospects over phone and email.
  • Strong English proficiency and fluency (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar.
  • Track record of hitting targets and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into more senior sales roles.
