An international technology company is seeking a freelance Business Development Representative to join their team remotely from LATAM. In this role, you will drive outbound prospecting and generate leads for the North American market. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of sales experience and strong communication skills. You will work with a fast-growing company and gain exposure to innovative industries and Fortune 500 clients.

Qualificações

  • 1–2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Motivated and comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

We’re looking for a freelance Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our North American Go-To-Market team. You’ll be on the frontlines of growth: driving outbound prospecting, generating pipeline, and opening doors with some of the most innovative companies in the market.

Freelance — Remote from LATAM

Your missions:
  • Drive outbound prospecting across channels (LinkedIn, phone, email, networking)

  • Research and build target lists of high-potential companies in key industries

  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives

  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline goals

  • Stay sharp on industry trends and continuously improve outreach tactics

Your profile:
  • 1–2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (B2B SaaS, Marketing, or Lead Gen is a plus)

  • Motivated, proactive, and comfortable reaching out cold

  • Excellent written and spoken communication (English)

  • Resilient and coachable — you see challenges as opportunities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

  • Familiar with the North American market is a strong asset
