We offer paid training, performance-based commission, and a clear growth path. First-year Business Development Representatives typically earn $60K–$75K (base + commission), with the opportunity for promotion within 6–12 months.

Our Business Development Representatives are the engine behind our extreme growth.

BDR’s will…

  • Prospect small to medium-sized businesses nationwide through outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Make high-volume calls using the Orum dialer during daily call blocks.
  • Book 15 qualified introductory appointments per week for our senior sales team.
  • Keep CRM (Salesforce) records up-to-date and accurate for reporting and follow-up.
  • Meet weekly outreach and monthly appointment goals.
What You Bring
  • Previous cold calling or high-volume phone experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage time and outreach cadence effectively.
  • A desire to advance quickly in a high-growth sales organization.
  • CRM experience or familiarity with tools like Orum is a plus.
