TrueBuilt is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation through proactive outreach and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot).
  • Proven ability to achieve quota targets.
  • Extensive cold calling experience is a must.
  • Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM, USA Central Time.
  • Flexibility to follow the U.S. holiday calendar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior employment at Construction SaaS or Vertical SaaS Company.
  • Comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Main focus on cold calling prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to clients.
