Avenue Code is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join their expanding US Business Development team. This role involves generating qualified leads and supporting the sales team across various business lines, including AI and cloud services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and experienced in using modern prospecting tools.

About the Opportunity:

Avenue Code is expanding US Business Development team and looking for a highly proactive, organized, and fluent English speaker to join as a BDR. This person will be responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting the sales team with prospecting across different business lines, including AI, cloud, staffing, and internal products.

You'll work with modern tools and automations, including AI-powered content creation to assist in outreach. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow and have a direct impact on pipeline development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead prospecting in the US market focused on setting qualified meetings.
  • Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and pre-built cadences to reach out to prospects.
  • Make cold calls when necessary.
  • Keep interactions and activities updated in Salesforce.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across many business areas (AI, cloud, staffing, etc.).
  • Partner closely with Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a BDR or SDR.
  • Highly organized and able to follow structured processes.
  • Comfortable using prospecting and automation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and motivated by performance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling technology solutions (e.g., Google Cloud, AI, Salesforce).
  • Background in consulting or IT services companies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM.
