We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Adsorbents & Additives Business Unit at our representative office of Clariant South East Asia Pte. Ltd., in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and implementation of profitable sales growth strategies
Identify and penetrate new market opportunities to achieve business targets
Develop and deliver value-added solutions for key targeted customer applications using company core competencies
Optimize go-to-market via continuous improvement on sales channels
Initiate technical projects with customers with support from technical marketing
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in the specialty chemicals, preferably in coatings & inks, adhesives or plastics industry
Willingness to travel 50% of the time for new business & customer engagements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in local language (spoken and written) is a must
Proven track record of sales and developing new business
