The Role :
As Vendry’s Business Development Manager, you’ll be the frontline force helping brands kick off their search for the right agency partner, helping to craft their marketing strategies in the process. You’ll be responsible for leading our sales efforts with inbound RFP clients—those who have already expressed interest in starting an agency search through Vendry. This is not a traditional outbound-heavy role. Instead, it’s about deeply understanding each client’s needs, pitching our process, running intro calls, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless transition into the matchmaking phase.
You’ll serve as both consultant and salesperson, ensuring that every interested brand sees the value in Vendry’s approach—and ultimately trusts us to guide them through their agency selection journey.
