Overview/Position Summary: The Business Development Manager oversees all phases of new base development and is responsible for meeting deadlines related to new base start up. They work independently and collaboratively across all departments in identifying potential locations and develop a business plan to achieve success for greenfield growth. They provide on-site management of field business opportunities as they pertain to potential new bases of operations or joint ventures. They gather verifiable data to analyze business opportunities and provide potential customers with the vision of superior customer care and service. They assist in evaluating existing bases of operations for suggested interventions/modifications to support volume increases. They conduct research and background evaluations for potential management and staff positions.
