Job Title and Duties
The employee shall perform the jobs and duties of a Business Development Executive. The general duties during this probation period are:
Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and identify business opportunities (daily call and prospecting targets will be provided during onboarding and must be adhered to).
Engage in detailed conversations with clients to understand their needs, including gathering key information such as email addresses, existing domain, server hosting expiry dates, and more.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Demonstrate strong objection-handling skills to overcome challenges and close deals.
Promptly follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure ongoing engagement (guidelines will be provided during orientation).
Collaborate with customers regarding service, maintenance, and ad-hoc requests.
Advise clients on the company's products and services, aligning solutions with their business requirements.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries to uphold the company’s reputation and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and relevant customer information.
Persuade potential customers by clearly articulating how our products or services address their needs.
Use provided scripts to inform customers about product features, pricing, and the benefits of our services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Required language(s): English, Fluent in English is an added advantage
Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Hosting is a plus
At least 1 year tele-sales experience.
Five days work week. 9am to 6pm with 1hr lunch break
