Responsibilities

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables for subscription and promotional offers performance tracking through efficient querying of large databases.
• Produce reports and Tableau dashboards summarizing key metrics to support decision-making.
• Apply quantitative analysis on complex data to understand customer behavior and the impact of promotional offers.
• Ensure data accuracy through diligent data collection, quality control processes, and anomaly resolution.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from departments such as Finance, Marketing, Distribution, and Product.
• Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team to incorporate marketing and content data, creating a comprehensive view of customer interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, including experience with CTEs, window functions, and date & time functions.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, etc.
• Familiarity with database models, unstructured data, and loading large datasets.
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable datasets.
• Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills to explain data insights and develop visualizations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing subscriptions and promotional offers data is a plus.
