Job Description

• Collaborate with teams to support operational analysis and deliver data insights.
• Establish and review metrics, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), thresholds, and escalation procedures to support operations.
• Build and present dashboards to various audiences.
• Serve as a data steward to monitor and improve overall data quality.
• Review and validate data for accuracy.
• Define and document ongoing process changes and improvements.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as required.
• Work closely with internal clients, senior team members, and external vendors to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Aggregate and analyze data through quantitative and qualitative methods, data modeling, and business plan presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience documenting data flows and processes.
• At least 1 year of hands-on SQL development experience.
• Ability to deliver quality work within expected timeframes.
• Experience profiling data, including data discovery, cleansing, and analysis.
