About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you'll be the backbone of our Strategy team in Brazil, providing crucial support to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth execution of governance activities. This role offers excellent visibility across the organization and opportunities to develop your business acumen in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data & Reporting: Assist in preparing financial projections, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership forums and strategy sessions.
  • Meeting & Communication Support: Draft materials and talking points for leadership meetings, recognition events, and commercial committees.
  • Governance & Compliance: Help monitor adherence to internal governance processes and support documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.

About the Team:

Our team plays a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of governance and commercial steering activities across the Brazilian market. We work closely with leadership and various business units to implement strategic initiatives that support Swiss Re's growth objectives in the region.

About You:

You're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional organizational skills and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Your communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and you're eager to contribute to the success of strategic business initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, executive support or insurance-related activities.
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Desirable advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid work model (3x2).
