Business Analyst

Work Mode:On-site.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and translating those needs into effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to elicit detailed requirements.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and data models to visualize business processes.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and supporting meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of test plans and ensure that solutions meet business requirements by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality before deployment.
• Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, helping to manage stakeholder expectations and providing status updates.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes, creating user manuals and training materials.

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English to participate in meetings with stakeholders from other nationalities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of process documentation and systems analysis.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
