Business Analyst

We are working on a full remote Business Analyst position for one of our clients. They are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented person to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver robust and effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to define clear and actionable acceptance criteria for software development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Write detailed and precise acceptance criteria for front-end, back-end, and integration workflows.
• Manage and maintain tasks, user stories, and workflows using Jira to track project progress and prioritize requirements.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify objectives and align expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify potential improvements for business processes and system integrations.
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria.
• Provide support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience in writing detailed software acceptance criteria for complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and experience managing workflows, user stories, and epics.
• Solid understanding of back-end systems, integration processes, and front-end design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Fluency in English (writing, reading and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern software development and integration practices
