The ideal candidate will document business processes, create use cases and UI specs, and collaborate with onsite, offshore, and nearshore teams.

Responsabilidades

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and transfer knowledge to development teams.
Evaluate information through task analysis, workshops, and interviews.
Understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Create functional designs across applications and support project delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and guide solutions to meet business objectives.
Prepare detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and UI documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding requirements and interfaces.
Document findings, workflows, and secure stakeholder approval and sign-off.
Design and execute test scenarios and scripts and coordinate testing with business users.
Manage requirement changes and support project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Create Use Cases, Context Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams; develop URS and SRS.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a development team supporting one of our global clients in the United States. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed and multicultural environments.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, documented, and translated into functional requirements that support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and effectively transfer knowledge to development teams.
Evaluate information collected through task analysis, business process reviews, surveys, interviews, and workshops.
Understand, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Combine business knowledge with system understanding to create functional designs across applications.
Collaborate with development teams and provide guidance to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, user stories, and user interface documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding functional requirements, interfaces, workflows, and application designs.
Document analysis findings, business workflows, and secure stakeholder approval and sign-off.
Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts.
Coordinate with business users during testing, validation, and evaluation of applications and software enhancements.
Manage requirement changes and support project plans to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
Create Use Cases, Context Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams using appropriate modeling tools.
Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Coordinate requirements gathering activities among multiple stakeholders, including onsite, offshore, and nearshore teams.
Support planning, implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of business systems and applications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree completed in Technology or a related field.
Advanced English (written and verbal).
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience working on software development projects.
Strong understanding of application platforms and enterprise systems.
Ability to assess the impact of project requirements on integrated and external systems.
Experience working with server-based applications and understanding non-functional requirements.
Strong skills in business process analysis and documentation.
Experience creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Solid mathematical and logical reasoning capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile environments.
Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies.
Experience supporting international projects and distributed teams.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
