What you’ll do:

• Analyze data like IP addresses and usage patterns to help flag possible software misuse
• Research companies online to confirm legitimacy and find key contacts
• Keep investigation records up to date in our CRM system
• Assist in creating simple case reports
• Collaborate with our experienced team to help move cases from start to finish

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have +1 of experience in research, admin, customer support, or a similar role
• Have a curious mind and interest in OSINT, cybersecurity, or compliance
• Fluent English, able to read, write, and communicate professionally
• Are comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, or online research tools
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn!

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL, CRMs, or other data tools
• Experience in compliance, investigations, or cybersecurity
