About the Role

Through our partnership with a leading license & compliance provider, we help businesses protect intellectual property across Israel and nearby markets.
This is a fully remote role, but because you’ll engage with Israeli customers and stakeholders, time zone awareness is key! (Israel is 5 hours ahead of Brazil).
Fluency in English is a must, and Hebrew is a big plus! You’ll collaborate on compliance and piracy investigations while gaining expertise in data analytics, process optimization, and strategic negotiation—all in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with customers and internal teams to guide compliance and anti-piracy cases from start to resolution.
Analyzing investigation data , preparing reports, and organizing information in CRM tools.
Managing & developing leads from various sources , optimizing engagement strategies for the Israeli market.
Documenting processes effectively , contributing to team knowledge-sharing and workflow improvements.
Providing ad hoc analysis to support evolving business needs and priorities.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales (sales-driven background preferred; software compliance/piracy experience is a plus).
Fluent in English (spoken & written); Hebrew fluency is a strong advantage.
Passion for learning and growing professionally in a global environment.
Familiarity with data tools, CRM systems, and KPI-driven work environments.
Experience with multi-channel engagement (inbound/outbound calls, email, video conferences).
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Strong research and lead generation skills, with an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
Resilient and adaptable, able to work independently in a remote setup.
Time zone awareness is key! (Israel is 5 hours ahead of Brazil ).
