We are looking for a talented Telecommunications Solutions Engineer with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

1. Design Blue Planet solutions in collaboration with the Delivery Architect and Project team, creating network, service topology, and visualizations for telecommunication/networking technologies.
2. Participate in and support customer discussions to understand requirements, clarify implementation details, and conduct user acceptance testing.
3. Write and maintain detailed solution documentation.
4. Implement project solutions using Java, Spring, Neo4J, JSON, REST, JUnit, Angular, Drools.
5. Write and optimize database queries and procedures for Neo4J and SQL databases.
6. Support configuration management scripts for Blue Planet’s CI/CD processes.
7. Create device and service models for technologies such as DWDM/OTN, SONET, MPLS, GPON, FTTH.
8. Continuously train in new technologies and Blue Planet products.
9. Manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and integrate it into deployment pipelines.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Background in telecommunication technologies such as SONET, HFC, Wireless, DWDM, Ethernet, 5G, and their representation in OSS Inventory and Automation systems.
2. Experience in implementing enterprise-level software solutions for mission-critical OSS systems.
3. Experience working in vendor professional service organizations on fast-paced projects.
4. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Oracle Unified Method (OUM).

Additional Skills and Experience:

1. Backend development frameworks/libraries: Maven, Spring Data, Security, MVC.
2. Backend testing frameworks/libraries: JUnit, SoapUI, Postman, Cucumber.
3. Frontend development frameworks/libraries: Angular 2+, React, Node.js/npm, D3.js, Gulp.
4. Other skills: AWS Cloud, CI/CD, ElasticSearch, Drools, Kafka, ReST (Spring MVC), SSO (LDAP, Reverse Proxy, OAuth2), Camunda/BPMN/OSM/Workflow.
5. Programming fundamentals: design patterns, data structures, relational and graph databases.
