Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience designing Blue Planet solutions with a focus on network and service topology for telecommunication technologies
• Ability to support customer discussions, understand requirements, and conduct user acceptance testing
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining solution documentation
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions using Java, Spring, Neo4J, JSON, REST, JUnit, Angular, Drools
• Skill in optimizing database queries and procedures for Neo4J and SQL
• Experience with configuration management scripts for Blue Planet’s CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of creating device and service models for technologies like DWDM, OTN, SONET, MPLS, GPON, FTTH
• Willingness to continually learn new technologies and Blue Planet products
• Ability to manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and integrate it into deployment pipelines

Minimum Requirements

• Background in telecommunication technologies such as SONET, HFC, Wireless, DWDM, Ethernet, 5G, and their representation in OSS Inventory and Automation systems
• Experience developing enterprise-level software solutions for mission-critical OSS systems
• Experience working in vendor professional service organizations on fast-paced projects
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Oracle Unified Method (OUM)

• Backend frameworks: Maven, Spring Data, Security, MVC
• Backend testing tools: JUnit, SoapUI, Postman, Cucumber
• Frontend frameworks: Angular 2+, React, Node.js, D3.js, Gulp
• Other skills: AWS Cloud, CI/CD, ElasticSearch, Drools, Kafka, ReST (Spring MVC), SSO (LDAP, OAuth2), Camunda/BPMN
• Programming fundamentals: design patterns, data structures, relational and graph databases
