Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the Booking Model Controller Team, you will work on strategic projects that transform our operations and retire legacy systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Booking Model and Product Controllers, Corporate Technology, and the Program Management Organization (PMO), to drive impactful change. This role offers leadership opportunities and the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams on the design and implementation of a new booking model tool.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and determine necessary new functionalities for booking model reporting.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the new functionalities.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous governance of booking model processes.
  • Provide production support to users, addressing issues or queries promptly.
  • Establish booking model best practices and ensure compliance with the Firm’s policies and standards.
  • Identify and propose solutions to enhance controls and efficiencies within the booking model team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO, Technology, LOBs, and other functions.
  • Prepare and present materials to senior management.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Control, Business Management, or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Deep understanding of balance sheet, P&L, risk, and accounting concepts.
  • Familiarity with financial products, including derivatives.
  • A detail-oriented, creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in leading innovative projects and driving change.
  • Strong leadership skills.
