What you will do:

• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and predictive analytics to address critical challenges in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Analyze large-scale datasets (Big Data) to generate strategic insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with regulations and healthcare-specific compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation using data science to improve processes and outcomes in the healthcare sector.
• Create and deliver clear reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent English (daily communication will be conducted in English).
• Proven experience in data science projects within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead projects and make strategic decisions based on data insights.
• Skills in translating complex technical data into actionable and comprehensible insights for diverse audiences.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience with clinical, genomic, or pharmaceutical trial data.
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
• Previous experience in global or multicultural environments.
• Certifications in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
