We are hiring skilled blockchain developers for a long-term project focused on scaling a regulated tokenized financial product across multiple chains, including Ethereum, Solana, and Aptos.

About the Role:

1. Expand smart contract functionality across multiple chains (Solana, Aptos, Ethereum-compatible networks)
2. Maintain and evolve an existing codebase tied to a live financial product
3. Build internal tooling for testing, upgrades, and monitoring
4. Collaborate with other developers in daily standups, architecture discussions, and code reviews

Required Skills:

1. 3+ years of blockchain development experience
2. Hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following:

• Solidity + Ethereum-compatible chains (Polygon, Avalanche, Base, etc.)
• Rust + Solana
• Move + Aptos

Ability to work overlapping U.S. Eastern Time hours

Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet

Strong commitment, client focus, and accountability

Fluency in English and strong communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

1. Experience migrating between chains (e.g., Ethereum → Solana)
2. Prior work on tokenized assets or financial protocols
3. Familiarity with additional networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Sui)
4. Tooling contributions (testing frameworks, monitoring, upgrade automation)
