The Work

You will create scientific coding tasks that train and evaluate AI models. Each task should include one main biology problem and at least three connected sub-problems that become progressively more involved.

You will turn advanced biology and scientific computing knowledge into precise problems, reliable Python solutions, and tests that show whether a model's answer is correct. You will also review model outputs, improve tasks, respond to quality feedback, and take part in review sessions and project standups during overlap hours.

• Write rigorous biology and scientific computing problems with clear constraints and expected outputs.
• Build verified reference solutions in Python with complete unit test coverage.
• Create test cases that distinguish correct outputs from incorrect ones.
• Check tasks for scientific accuracy, clear outputs, deterministic results, and overall quality.
• Review AI model responses and refine tasks for evaluation across multiple language models.
• Maintain a low rework rate and participate in quality reviews and project standups.
