About the role
Key Accountabilities:
- Customer Engagement and Support:
- Drive billing processes for low-complexity assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the customer’s Account Team, providing regular reports for assigned customers.
- Coordinate with customers to review billing requests and daily activities, managing action plans accordingly.
- Support billing-related requests and opportunities remotely.
Billing Support:- Own the billing process for on-demand customers.
- Prevent billing issues and provide quick solutions.
- Proactively escalate billing cases.
- Work with billing and accounts receivable teams to resolve invoice queries, credit notes, and non-payment issues.
About you
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Engage with clients to identify and support business opportunities.
- Understand telecom and IT markets and solutions.
- Comprehend customer requirements, challenges, and needs.
- Understand order-to-cash processes, including billing disputes and cash collection improvements.
- Be a team player who communicates effectively, is organized, flexible, and handles stress well.
- Demonstrate sales-driven, commercial behavior while respecting compliance rules.
- Identify problems and work towards resolutions.
- Work towards targets and deadlines efficiently.
- Build networks and collaborate effectively.
- Understand the impact of invoice or payment issues on cash flow.
- Understand how customer experience and company objectives are influenced.
- Work proficiently with office tools and data analysis; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are desirable.
- Possess basic financial skills.
- Have a good understanding of Orange products and services.
Additional Information
Education, Qualifications, and Certifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or equivalent.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Portuguese is mandatory, Spanish is desirable.
- ITIL Fundamentals certification.
Job Skills and Certifications:
- Clear and proactive communication with internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage dual reporting lines and virtual teams.
