Ways Bilíngue School, the first full-time bilingual school in the North Zone of São Paulo, is seeking dedicated and passionate Bilingual Education Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching in a bilingual environment, with strong ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging classes in English.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that supports bilingual education and promotes intercultural understanding.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in bilingual education.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Qualifications:

• Complete degree in the area;
• Specialization: Lato sensu or Stricto sensu.
• International proficiency test - Minimum B2 (for L2 teachers).
• 120-hour extension course in bilingualism, or postgraduate, master's or doctorate degree.
• Teaching experience in a bilingual environment.
