Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Quality Monitor, preferably in a Call Center environment.
2. Experience with Social Media preferred to ensure a comprehensive approach.
3. Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators and familiarity with quality methodologies.
4. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
5. Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
6. Advanced or fluent English.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out quality monitoring to ensure compliance with service standards.
2. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to agents.
3. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements in care processes.
5. Stay up to date on quality monitoring best practices and market trends.
