Your Responsibilities:

1. Answer calls professionally, adhering to the interpreter’s code of conduct
2. Familiarize with industry-specific vocabulary, especially in healthcare and medical fields
3. Participate in internal professional training
4. Communicate and report to your team leader

Your Background and Experience:

1. Proficiency in English and Spanish
2. At least 6 months of interpreting experience (preferred)
3. High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance
4. Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory skills
