Job Description

THIS IS A ON-SITE (NON-REMOTE) JOB AND DEMANDS C2 ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

PTW is the world leader provider in videogames services and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Financial Assistant to work at our office in São Paulo (near the Vila Olímpia station). We look for candidates with full English proficiency and solid experience in financial routines.

You will:

• Update financial spreadsheets;
• Prepare balance sheets;
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements;
• Create reports and cost analyses;
• Process payments;
• Support monthly payroll and expenses tracking;
• Register accounts payable and receivable;
• Organize files, invoices, and collection slips.

Requirements

• Solid experience in financial routines;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken);
• University degree in progress or complete in a related area;
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel;
• Availability to work on-site (non-remote) from Mondays to Fridays during business hours;
• Passion for videogames and geek culture is a plus.
