- Organize operational routines focusing on Benefits Billing (Health, Life, and Dental).
- Support client and internal department demands related to billing processes.
- Understand the billing procedures of major insurance providers, including cost allocation, invoice verification, payments, and reimbursements.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of complex documents and information, including downloading, converting files, verifying invoices, and analyzing discrepancies—primarily using advanced Excel functions and Pivot Tables (report preparation included).
- Maintain a basic understanding of key insurance and regulatory aspects (customer awareness) and strengthen existing relationships.
- Adhere to company policies and performance standards.
- Support the team in achieving Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
- Perform registration updates (adding, removing, and modifying health, life, and dental insurance plans).
- Provide support to employees, HR, and internal departments.
What We Are Looking For
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including experience with Dashboards, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas (IF, VLOOKUP, etc.), to validate and reconcile billing data.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (any field) – Crucial and eliminatory requirement.
- Experience in billing processes for insurance providers/clients, including data reconciliation, invoice conversion, and verification.
- Knowledge of ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and accountability.
