We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Administration & Payroll Manager to oversee payroll and benefits processes across Argentina, Brazil, and Chile. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations, ensuring accurate payroll processing and effective employee benefits programs. This role requires leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex cross-border operations.
Required skills include excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, strong leadership, fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (fluency in all three languages is highly desirable), and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience with union relationships is a plus.
