Qualificações

Job Description

If you are passionate about the beauty industry and enjoy sharing your beauty tips, you are the ideal candidate for the role of Beauty Advisor. As the face of our brand, you will serve as a crucial link between our products and customers. You will also have the opportunity to perform makeovers using our best-selling products to help customers look and feel amazing.

• Explain the features and benefits of our merchandise, highlighting DFS’ service differentiators.
• Provide accurate product and promotion information to customers.
• Sell products based on customer needs and cross-sell other brands to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate products on clients’ skin/face, including color cosmetics and skincare applications.
• Close sales by thanking clients and building relationships for future opportunities.
• Handle cash floats and all necessary documentation to secure sales receipts.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned area, including dusting, straightening, and restocking merchandise, while remaining attentive to clients.
• Assist with merchandise inventories as needed.
• Ensure proper handling of merchandise, including visual merchandising, testers, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail experience with proficiency in transaction handling.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or luxury brand boutiques is preferred.
• Familiarity with using POS terminals.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by the business.
• Multilingual abilities are preferred.
