Description: We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and passionate Business Development Specialist to work with us!

In this role, you will manage relationships with current partnerships, identify new opportunities, and execute strategies with both the local and global teams.

This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure partnerships in esports sponsorships, co-branding, and cross-promotions with co-partners like smartphone brands, telecom operators, FMCG brands, digital platforms, etc., in Brazil.
  • Develop tailored proposals aligning partner objectives with Tencent’s gaming ecosystem (e.g., PUBG Mobile, Honor of Kings).
  • Coordinate with global and local teams (marketing, legal, operations) to execute partnership strategies and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate ROI and optimize future initiatives.
  • Attend industry events and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing, preferably in gaming, E-commerce, FMCG, or digital entertainment; experience in multinational corporations or global projects is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Brazil’s gaming ecosystem; passion for gaming with extensive experience in mainstream games; FPS enthusiasts preferred.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and willing to travel frequently.
