Job Description: Bartender at Hotel Fasano Rio de Janeiro

Location: JHSF Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Join the team at the iconic Hotel Fasano Rio de Janeiro, designed by Philippe Starck, located on the stunning Ipanema beachfront. The hotel features a unique infinity pool overlooking the beach, with scenic views of Arpoador, Morro Dois Irmãos, and Corcovado. The design pays homage to Brazilian architecture and the Bossa Nova era of the 1950s and 1960s.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Greet guests at the bar and prepare their drinks.
2. Present the menu upon request and fill out order cards and tabs.
3. Have comprehensive knowledge of popular cocktails.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
5. Restock bar supplies as needed.
6. Manage beverage billing accurately.
7. Understand recipes and techniques for drink preparation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant training or course in bartending or hospitality.
• Experience in bartending is a plus.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
