Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Promoter of Merchandising to ensure correct product exposure at the point of sale across assigned stores in Brazil. You will stock gondolas, follow planograms, price items, and support promotional activities while driving visibility for our brands.

Ideal candidates have merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, time‑managed approach to sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Será responsável por garantir a exposição correta dos produtos no ponto de vendas, seguindo os critérios de planograma da Mondelez. Irá atuar no abastecimento das gôndolas, controle de estoque, precificação, montagem de pontos extras e ações promocionais, além de monitorar oportunidades e apoiar no aumento das vendas e de visibilidade das nossas marcas.

Como você irá contribuir

• Experiência anterior como promotor de vendas ou de merchandising (será diferencial)
• Ensino Médio completo
• Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas de comunicação (WhatsApp, e-mail, Microsoft Teams)
• Facilidade de ferramentas tecnológicas
