Mondelēz Brasil is seeking Apprentices in Merchandising to learn practical merchandising processes, organize product displays, and support daily in-store operations across various locations in Brazil. You'll learn about exposure strategies, store relationships, and execution at the retail level in a hands-on environment.

Applicants must be 18+ and will assist with product organization, pricing checks, stock monitoring, and merchandising material setup.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Support organization and replenishment of products on shelves.
• Assist in verifying expiration dates and ensuring correct pricing.
• Assist in removing products not fit for sale (expired).
• Assist in merchandising materials setup (displays, island, gondola ends).
• Assist in stock monitoring at the point of sale (PDV).
• Record basic information (stockouts, competition, research, photos).
• Support promoter needs according to store demand.
• Organize goods for inventory, keeping everything in its place.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized, with no litter.

Mais sobre o escopo do Aprendiz de Merchandising: O Aprendiz de Merchandising apoia a execução das estratégias de exposição e organização de produtos no ponto de vendas, garantindo que a marca esteja bem apresentada e alinhada às orientações comerciais. O objetivo é aprender na prática os processos de merchandising, desenvolvendo noções de exposição estratégica, relacionamento com loja e execução no varejo. E claro, prepara-los para futuras vagas de promotores.

• Necessário ser maior de 18 anos;
• Irá apoiar na organização e reposição de produtos nas gôndolas;
• Apoiar na verificação de validade e garantir a precificação correta;
• Auxiliar no recolhimento de produtos sem condições de venda (fora do prazo de validade);
• Apoiar na montagem de materiais de merchandising (displays, ilha, pontas de gôndola);
• Apoiar no acompanhamento de estoque no PDV;
• Registrar de informações básicas (ruptura, concorrência, pesquisas, fotos);
• Apoiar o promotor nas necessidades de abastecimento, conforme a demanda da loja;
• Organizar as mercadorias para inventário, garantindo tudo no seu devido lugar;
• Manter o local de trabalho limpo e organizado, sem deixar resíduos de embalagens ou produtos espalhados.
