You will demonstrate your knowledge in solution design, always considering performance and resiliency. Experience with database technologies, queue systems, and streams is essential.

You will also share knowledge with the team, guiding peers on best practices to maintain our high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Reside in Campinas or its Metropolitan area (most work is remote, but regional presence is required)
• Master Java development and environment
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of REST or gRPC
• Advanced or fluent English skills
• Experience in distributed systems architecture and microservices
• Solution and software architecture skills
• Experience with messaging brokers like Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• Proficiency in designing relational and non-relational databases
• Experience in software testing and documentation
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with observability tools, strategies, and dashboard creation
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and hierarchies
