Running a company is a little like building a plane while flying it. There’s always too much to do; doing one thing means neglecting something else. You have to blog, but also be active on social media. You have to build websites and then optimize them for mobile. Email lists. Emails. Keywords. SEM. SEO. UX. UI. FML. OMG. That’s where we come in. Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in backend web development
• Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, and Shopify
• Strong PHP skills
• Impressive portfolio
• Working level of English (enough to communicate your ideas clearly, both in writing and speaking)
• A bachelor’s degree (a plus)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript
• Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first approach
• Able to optimize applications for maximum speed
• Knowledge of HTML layout for the construction of email signatures and newsletters

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Supporting backend work on Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify
• Managing integrations across HubSpot, Teamwork, Google Workspace, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress
• Handling CMS updates, plugins, and troubleshooting
• Configuring workflows and light automation (Zapier / Make)
• Launching websites on Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify, including domain setup, DNS / SSL, CMS updates, and go-live QA

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST.
