What we'd like to see in a candidate:

1. Mastery of the functionalities and improvements introduced in Java 11.
2. Experience with JUnit or other testing frameworks for Java.
3. Knowledge in Spring Boot for application development.
4. Experience with Eureka (or other Service Registries like Consul/Zookeeper) for service discovery and registration.
5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
6. Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) for asynchronous communication between services.
7. Experience with Kubernetes (or other container orchestration tools) is a plus.
8. Excellent English communication skills, especially speaking skills.
