BairesDev is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer specializing in Elixir to build real-time, scalable backends. You will design robust APIs, work with Elixir, Phoenix, Ecto, and PostgreSQL, and implement LiveView features in a distributed production environment.

The role emphasizes OTP patterns, GenServers, and BEAM-based reliability, while offering a fully remote setup and collaboration with a global Top 1% talent community. English fluency is required.

As a Backend Engineer specializing in Elixir, you will build real-time, concurrent backends using the Phoenix framework. You will leverage functional programming principles to create highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems that handle demanding workloads with low latency.
