Qualificações

• Experiência sólida em design orientado a objetos e resolução de problemas.
• Especialista em pelo menos uma linguagem de programação e seus principais frameworks.
• Experiência em arquitetura de software e conceitos de design.

What you'll do:

• Stay aligned with Engineering Managers for decentralized technical decisions;
• Participate in high-level requirements meetings;
• Lead and support the squad in making technical decisions and creating standards;
• Responsible for suggesting new tools and technologies to solve the problems;
• Talk and elaborate ideas and raise issues for both technical and non-technical people;
• Be on the lookout for possible improvements e.g. performance, user experience;
• Responsible for guaranteeing the critical flows in at least one Value Stream level;
• Provides technical mentoring;
• Actively contribute to the Backend Chapter and disseminate technical knowledge/ propose improvements;
• Help with the career development of other professional developers;
• Facilitates communication and technical backlog alignment between squads;
• Identification, prioritization, and resolution of technical debts and bugs;
• Support the hiring process by participating in technical interviews.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field OR years full-time Software Engineering work experience.
• Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Be an expert in at least one programming language and its main frameworks like Node/Typescript and Python.
• Experience in Systems Architectural styles (Monolith, Plugin, SOA, Microservices, Event-driven).
• Experience in Architecture concepts (Software design, hexagonal architecture, onion, clean architecture).
• Experience in API and capabilities.
• Experience in Cloud platforms and main providers.
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in IAC Technologies.
• Experience in System Modeling (desirable experience on tactical DDD).
• Experience in Monitoring Tools, Metrics, and Observability.
• Experience in Agile Framework.
• Experience in DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD), and main tools.
• Knowledge in Quality (stress tests, load, TDD, BDD).
