Azumo is looking for an agile Project Manager / Business Analyst to manage next-gen initiatives in software development environments. This person will also participate in other personalized developments.

The position is fully remote based in Latin America. We will only be considering candidates based in Latin America, as most of our engineers are based there.

The Business Analyst / Project Manager is a key role within the IT Delivery team. It is a cross-functional role that requires working closely with business teams and the technical engineering team to ensure project delivery with attention to detail, proper follow-up, and task management. Skills that may be involved include:

1. Agile Methodologies
2. Scrum Master
3. Product Owner

To excel in this position, the BA / PM should be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of business processes and analysis techniques, capable of coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget and scope. The BA/PM will act as a Franchise Owner for their project.

This role also involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing project progress, and preparing reports for upper management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and be dedicated.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• BS in CS or a similar degree
• 5+ years of SDLC project management experience
• Experience collaborating with Agile teams with minimal supervision and excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and management
• Disciplined and ethical work approach
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Fluent in English (essential)
• Based in Latin America

Desired experience includes:

• Agile or Scrum Certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships
