Job summary

E IT is seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect to design enterprise-scale cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will lead architecture discussions, define standards, and mentor engineering teams while driving modernization initiatives across data platforms.

The role focuses on event-driven, serverless, API-first, and data-centric architectures using Azure services such as Functions, Event Hub, Service Bus, ADF, Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Cosmos DB, and APIM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale Azure cloud solutions.
• Strong capability to translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams on cloud projects.

Responsibilities

Job Description :Azure Data Architect:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise-scale cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building event-driven, serverless, API-first, and data platform architectures leveraging Azure Function Apps, Event Hub, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2), Azure Blob Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure API Management (APIM).The Azure Architect will be working with Data Architects, Application Development teams, and Business stakeholders and is responsible for defining cloud architecture standards, designing scalable and secure solutions, leading technical discussions, mentoring engineering teams, and driving Azure modernization initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure PaaS and serverless services.
• Architect scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient applications following Azure Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture, integration patterns, and reference architectures.
• Produce High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Good undertaking and working experience as data modeler.
• Translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Partner closely with Data Engineers to design, review, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines on Azure.
• Review Data Engineers solution designs, code, and deployment strategies to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Assist Data Engineers in troubleshooting complex data integration, pipeline performance, and distributed processing issues.
