QAT Global, a 30-year-old IT consulting firm based in the US, is seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with the ability to communicate well in English and strong experience in Azure cloud services and DevOps practices. This role is ideal for someone with a solid development foundation in .NET Core and a proven track record in delivering and deploying enterprise applications using modern Azure tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.

You’ll work on cloud-native solutions, contribute to scalable architectures, and play a key role in building and automating our application infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using .NET Core
• Implement data access with Entity Framework and SQL Server
• Build, deploy, and maintain solutions using Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and App Services
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and scalable
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to follow best practices in cloud and DevOps

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in .NET Core development
• Solid knowledge of Entity Framework and SQL Server
• Experience with unit testing and test coverage strategies
• Strong experience with Azure services:
  • Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and Web APIs
• Understanding of Azure AD, authentication, and cloud security principles
• Familiarity with networking basics, app gateway/load balancers
• Experience with multi-region deployments and failover design
• Strong experience with Bicep or ARM template development
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade deployment workflows
• A proactive problem-solver with a solid technical foundation
• Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team
• Open to feedback and eager to grow in Azure/cloud architecture
• Able to follow and adapt to architectural guidance and standards
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
