Qualificações

Base pay range

About Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing European fintech startup committed to reshaping the finance and investment landscape through smart, scalable technology. With a lean, collaborative team and a mission-driven culture, they are building reliable and secure digital products that simplify complex financial workflows and empower investors, lenders, and institutions worldwide.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on AWS Solution Architect to join a small but high-impact engineering team. This is not a high-level-only role — you'll actively participate in designing and building production-ready infrastructure, working side-by-side with developers using IaC and automation best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures on AWS
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.)
• Make key decisions regarding architecture, security, observability, and performance
• Collaborate directly with developers, product managers, and founders to shape solutions
• Document decisions, system designs, and infrastructure processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot production environments, ensuring high availability and resilience
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying cloud solutions on AWS
• Solid knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, etc.)
• Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of networking, logging, and monitoring tools in cloud environments
• Fluent communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a remote setting
  
  
  

Nice-to-Have:

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional)
• Prior experience in fintech or other high-security environments
