Emthos Engenharia seeks a BIM/AVEVA administrator to support detailed design projects in Rio de Janeiro. You will administer AVEVA E3D/PDMS environments, develop BIM templates, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams within BIM workflows.

The role requires experience with PML programming, Revit/Navisworks, IFC/CDE standards, and strong technical writing. Hybrid work schedule includes in-person presence at EDISEN – Downtown Rio de Janeiro.

Responsabilidades

• Administer AVEVA E3D; perform technical inspections of detailed design documents.
• Assist administrator reporting to client administrator when needed.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

• Solid experience is required, working as an AVEVA 3D administrator (PDMS or E3D).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, fluency in the native language, technical writing skills, and knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of PML programming for AVEVA, AVEVA Global and the Draw module, component creation in Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Access, SQL, Power BI, PDMS, E3D, COMOS, Caesar II, PML programming, C language and VBScript.
• Experience in projects using BIM methodology.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and AVEVA E3D.
• Familiarity with IFC, Common Data Environment (CDE), and BIM standards (ISO 19650).
• Experience in coordinating teams and integrating disciplines in BIM projects.
• Ability to develop templates, BIM libraries, and process automation (Dynamo, APIs).

Key differentiators

• Experience with BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and managing collaborative workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM and AWP integration.

Activities

• Work in administration at AVEVA E3D and perform technical inspections of detailed design project documents.
• To act as an assistant administrator, reporting, whenever necessary, to the client administrator responsible for managing the projects.

Work Schedule : Hybrid, at least 3 times in person, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location : EDISEN - Downtown Rio de Janeiro.
