Av/Adas Software Application Engineer

Be part of the Application Engineering Team responsible for adapting and deploying Foretellix verification & validation (V&V) solutions to our customers and making them successful in their mission to provide next-gen ADAS / AV products. Our Application Engineers possess a unique blend of ADAS / AV domain knowledge, software expertise, creativity, and strong customer collaboration skills to maximize the impact of our solutions on delivering high-quality, safe products.

What will you do :

1. Deploy the Foretellix solution at customer sites, including tools installation, integration, customer training, and defining V&V strategies, with remote and on-site support.
2. Act as the primary liaison between customers and R&D, understanding their V&V challenges and translating them into product requirements for improvement.
3. Collaborate with the sales team as the technical product expert to develop and deliver demos, presentations, and support customer product evaluations.
4. Create application notes, methodology documents, and technical presentations as needed.

Requirements :

1. Knowledge of Software Engineering, including Object-Oriented programming, testing, and debugging.
2. BSc or higher in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
5. Team-oriented, resourceful, and professional attitude.

Advantages :

1. Experience in ADAS / AV V&V, testing, and simulation.
2. At least 3 years of industry experience, preferably in the ADAS / AV domain.
3. Previous experience in customer-facing engineering roles such as Field Application Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services.
4. Experience with ADAS / AV simulators like Carla, Sumo, Carmaker, Vires, etc.
5. Background working in ADAS / AV companies or serving clients in this sector.
6. Previous roles as a Product Manager or Methodology Engineer.
7. Knowledge of ADAS / AV verification processes.
8. Experience with advanced verification tools such as Specman and the ‘e’ language, or SystemVerilog UVM, Perspec PSS, and Coverage Driven Verification.
9. MSc or higher in relevant fields.
10. Extensive experience in Software Engineering, including OO programming.
