Av/Adas Software Application Engineer

Be part of the Application Engineering Team responsible for adapting and deploying Foretellix verification & validation (V&V) solutions to our customers and making them successful at their mission to provide next-gen ADAS / AV products. Our Application Engineers have a unique mix of ADAS / AV domain knowledge, software expertise, creativity, and the ability to work closely with customers to maximize the impact our solution can have on their ability to deliver high quality, safe products.

What will you do :

1. Deploy the Foretellix solution at customer accounts, including tools installation, integration, customer training, and defining V&V strategies, with remote and on-site support.
2. Act as the primary contact between the customer and R&D, understanding V&V challenges and translating them into product requirements to improve our offerings.
3. Collaborate with the sales team as the technical product expert to develop demos, deliver presentations, and support customer evaluations.
4. Create application notes, methodology documents, and technical presentations as needed.

Requirements :

• Knowledge of Software Engineering, including OO programming, testing, and debugging.
• BSc or higher in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented, resourceful, and professional.

Advantages :

• Experience in ADAS / AV V&V, testing, and simulation.
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience, preferably in ADAS / AV.
• Previous customer-facing engineering roles such as Field Application Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Experience with ADAS / AV simulators like Carla, Sumo, Carmaker, Vires, etc.
• Background in ADAS / AV companies or service providers.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Methodology Engineer.
• Knowledge of ADAS / AV verification processes.
• Familiarity with advanced verification tools like Specman ('e' language), SystemVerilog UVM, Perspec PSS, and Coverage Driven Verification.
• MSc or higher in relevant fields.
• Extensive experience in Software Engineering, including OO programming.
